By browsing this site or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described

Pages describing Crash Trend Assessments, Performance Baseline Reviews, Release Stability Checks, and retainers are informational. A written estimate or statement of work defines the binding scope, fees, and timeline for any paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including copy, layout, and branding, belongs to NetApp Solutions or its licensors. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in the statement of work; underlying methods and templates remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client materials

You retain ownership of crash exports, logs, and product information you share. You grant us a limited right to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. You confirm you have the right to share them.

No warranty of outcomes

Analysis identifies patterns and priorities based on available data. We do not warrant that following recommendations will eliminate all crashes, ANRs, or performance issues, or that every signature can be fully diagnosed when symbolication or version metadata is incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetApp Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or engagement deliverables. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volume, or submit false contact information. Inquiry forms are for genuine engagement questions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts located in Korea have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; active statements of work remain governed by their own change clauses.
