Data we collect

• Engagement materials — crash exports, logs, and related files you provide under a statement of work, which may incidentally include identifiers depending on your instrumentation.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to requests and prepare estimates (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract). We use engagement materials to perform contracted analysis (contract). We use essential cookies to operate the site (legitimate interest). Optional analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship. Engagement materials are retained for the engagement term plus up to 12 months for audit and follow-up, then deleted or returned as agreed in the statement of work. Cookie consent choices remain in local storage until you clear them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email or hosting who act on our instructions. If engagement materials must be reviewed with a subcontractor, we will disclose that in the statement of work.

International transfers

Our practice is based in Korea. If you contact us from another country, your data is processed in Korea and may transit through hosting providers in other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
