A focused practice for crash trends and mobile performance

NetApp Solutions exists to help release teams read application analytics with enough discipline to choose the next fix — not to sell another monitoring console.

Origin

The practice grew from years of sitting with mobile leads after noisy releases: crash volumes that looked alarming in a meeting, yet lacked a shared ranking. We formalized that ranking work into paid engagements — assessments, release windows, and monthly trend briefs — delivered remotely from Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea.

How we work

We treat your existing crash and performance sources as given. Our contribution is interpretation: clustering signatures, correlating releases, writing findings in English that product and engineering can both use. Sessions land on Korea business hours unless a staged rollout requires booked evening coverage.

Values that show up in the report

  • Named uncertainty — incomplete stacks stay labeled incomplete.
  • One ranking — competing tool views are reconciled into a single repair order.
  • Release context — trends without build markers do not leave our desk.

Who we serve

Commerce, media, and internal-workforce apps with active iOS or Android trains. If you are still choosing a first crash reporter, we will say so and point you elsewhere — our work starts after reports exist.
