Crash Trend Assessment

A structured review of crash volume, recurrence, and release correlation so your team knows which failures to fix first.

Who this is for

Product owners, release managers, and mobile leads who already collect crash reports but struggle to turn noisy volume into a clear repair sequence. Teams shipping iOS, Android, or dual-platform apps after a stretch of unstable releases benefit most.

What you receive

We examine crash signatures across a defined window (typically the last four to eight weeks of releases), group recurring failures, and map them against build numbers, OS versions, and device cohorts. You leave with a written assessment, a ranked backlog of crash families, and a short briefing for engineering and product stakeholders.

Included

  • Intake of existing crash exports or dashboard access under a read-only agreement
  • Trend charts for volume, affected users, and recurrence by signature
  • Release correlation notes (what worsened or improved after each ship)
  • Prioritized remediation list with effort guidance (quick isolate vs deeper investigation)
  • One live walkthrough of findings (up to 90 minutes)

Not included

  • Writing production code fixes
  • Installing or licensing third-party monitoring products
  • Ongoing on-call coverage

How the work runs

  1. Scope call — confirm platforms, release cadence, and which crash sources you already use.
  2. Data window — agree the period and export format; we flag gaps early if symbols or version tags are missing.
  3. Analysis — cluster signatures, separate noise from true regressions, and draft the ranking.
  4. Delivery — report plus walkthrough; optional follow-up questions by email for five business days.

Preparation and constraints

Share crash exports with version metadata, recent release notes, and known hotfixes. If symbolication is incomplete, findings will note confidence limits rather than invent certainty. Work is delivered in English; Korean-language source materials can be accepted with extra review time.
